Zach Forrer

Zach Forrer serves as Vice President of Transactions for Spring Creek Healthcare Properties, where he leads the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of the firm's medical outpatient acquisitions and dispositions. He brings roughly a decade of healthcare real estate experience spanning acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and operating company investments across a range of healthcare property types. Zach joined Spring Creek from Invesco Real Estate, where he served as Director of Transactions, focusing on medical office acquisitions and asset management for one of the largest global real estate investment managers. He previously held the role of Associate Vice President at Santerre Healthcare. Zach also spent several years at DigitalBridge, where he served as a Senior Analyst on the healthcare portfolio management team. He began his career in healthcare real estate at Caddis, a Dallas-based healthcare real estate developer and investment firm, in an investments role.
