Michele Langenberg

Michele Langenberg serves as Vice President of Asset Management for Spring Creek Healthcare Properties, where she oversees the firm's medical outpatient portfolio. She leads asset-level business planning, strategic leasing, valuation oversight, and disposition execution across the platform. Michele brings more than two decades of commercial real estate asset management experience spanning healthcare, office, multifamily, and mixed-use assets. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Asset Management at Welltower (NYSE: WELL), overseeing the company's medical office portfolio. She has also served as Vice President of Asset Management at White Oak Healthcare Finance and as Managing Director of Asset Management at Provident Realty Advisors, where she oversaw a diverse portfolio of multifamily, mixed-use, and office assets. For more than a decade, she was Vice President of Asset Management and Sustainability at TIER REIT, where she helped shape the firm's asset management policies, procedures, and reporting standards and led its sustainability initiatives. She began her career in real estate finance in analyst and underwriting roles at KBS Realty Advisors, CBRE, and Principal Financial Group. A CCIM and LEED Accredited Professional, Michele is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and has held leadership roles within the organization, including service on the CREW Dallas Board of Directors.
