Matt Kuc

Matt Kuc serves as Director, Asset Management for Spring Creek Healthcare Properties, where he oversees the Company's outpatient medical assets across several regions, including the northern half of the United States and California. He is responsible for executing asset management strategies across the portfolio, while partnering closely with ownership, property management, lenders, healthcare operators, and equity partners to maximize asset value and long-term investment performance. Prior to joining Spring Creek, Mr. Kuc served as Manager, Asset Management at Welltower, where he oversaw a portfolio of medical office assets in the Midwest region before aiding in the disposition of Welltower's wholly-owned assets and joint venture portfolios. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kuc served as Director, Asset Management at Spirit Realty Capital, where he oversaw a portfolio of single-tenant net lease assets. He previously held roles in acquisitions, underwriting, and credit.
