Frank Williams

Frank Williams serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Spring Creek Healthcare Properties, leading the firm's investment, asset management, and finance functions across its medical outpatient platform. He brings more than three decades of experience spanning healthcare operations, real estate investment, and corporate finance. Most recently, Frank served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Healogics, the largest wound care operator in the United States and United Kingdom with more than 630 locations, having previously held the roles of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and Treasurer. As Chief Financial Officer, he led the out-of-court restructuring of the company's balance sheet while preserving its critical hospital relationships. Prior to Healogics, he served as Chief Executive Officer and board member of Adeptus Health (NYSE), an operator of freestanding emergency rooms and community hospitals, which he joined in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, investor relations, treasury, tax, and financial planning and analysis for a 3,200-employee business across four states. Earlier in his career, Frank was Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Acquisitions at Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW), a hospital-focused REIT, which he joined in 2011 to open its New York office and lead acquisitions. During his tenure, the asset base grew at a compound annual rate of more than 35%, and he led the firm's first international investments, deploying over $1.5 billion across Germany, Spain, Italy, and the United Kingdom. He began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co. in leveraged finance and mergers and acquisitions before moving into global healthcare, and was elected Senior Managing Director in 2006; in 2008, he helped lead the healthcare services group's move to Barclays Capital.
