Ash Goldfarb

Ash Goldfarb serves as Director of Asset Management for Spring Creek Healthcare Properties (SCHP), where he is responsible for executing asset management strategies across the firm's healthcare real estate portfolio. He oversees portfolio performance through leasing, tenant relations, capital planning, financial analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic business planning, while partnering closely with ownership, property management, lenders, healthcare operators, and equity partners to maximize asset value and long-term investment performance. Prior to joining Spring Creek, Ash served as Manager of Asset Management at Welltower, where he led asset management efforts for a large 6.4 million square feet outpatient medical office portfolio. He also held roles with Colliers International, NAI Robert Lynn, Goodwin Advisors, CBRE, and Merrill Lynch. During his brokerage and capital markets tenure, he contributed to the underwriting and successful execution of more than $860 million in completed investment sales transactions.
